Apr 17, 2010 · It is really weird. Two people in my house, they can never say connected to the internet for more than ten minutes at a time. When ever it cuts out, they have to reconnect to the wireless. There are 6 people in my house, and we are all connected to one router. I dont think that there is an over load problem.

I keep calling, they do tweaks or have me do stuff via ethernet then back to the same *** Tech was out today for 2 hours and replaced my modem/router combination. Thanks for sending in the report. It looks like you have a few wireless access points which are running on different wireless channels. This is making it hard for you Sonos units to stay connected, which is likely why the audio is cutting out. Please try changing your wireless access points over to wireless channel 11 and see if that helps.
