We can do that but can not reply or create new emails in OWA. I thought it would be something simple as setting a permission but from what I have read there is more involved. Before I got here the company was using Exchange 5.5 (I think) and upgraded to SBS2003 right before I started. Receiving emails, though, works fine. To get around this, customers are having to put their ISP's mail server name into their mail client settings on their pc so the mail can then be forwarded from the ISP's mail server to their hosting account's mail server and on to the recipient.
